Excellent fast service and information

I cooked a recipe from the "Whats for dinner range" and could not find a key ingredient so emailed them. Wow! they sent an email back virtually right away. Then followed up with the result of the action. However, I don't think I explained myself well enough so answered them. Lo and behold a person contacted me yesterday evening to discuss my request. (Sorry I was taking shopping out of the car and can't remember her name). She was helpful, friendly, very polite and it was a pleasure to find a person so caring about their company and its products. Congratulations this all happened in a day.
