PROMISES BUT NO ACTION FROM UNILEVER

After my initial complaint, i was contacted by Unilever and promises that "someone" will call me back. That was 3 WEEKS AGO!!
Clearly they are not concerned about keeping promises, after they tricked me into buying their products. DISGUSTING!
