Disappointed

I still haven't received a response to my complaint and this has disappointed me even more. I intend taking this further and surely they have lost a consumer.

As a first time mom, my experience with one of the country's biggest nappy brands has been nothingbut unpleasant.

Surely will not be using the product or recommending it to anyone else
