No Feedback on late orders

I places an order on the 12th of January 2013, on the assurance that it would be complete before my baby's due date (22 March) by the sales lady, Mary.

My son is 4 weeks old (born the 19th) and we still don't have our linen. We had to buy extra linen for him to sleep on.

I did not receive one update on delays or any progress. I had to phone them every time, and went into the shop again to find out whats going on after hearing nothing from them. When I was there, they assured me it will be there within the week. That happened 4 weeks ago.

Last week I informed them that I want to cancel my order, and the owner was quick to inform me that I will loose my deposit, so now I am helpless.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!! They will only cause you headaches, and say anything to keep you happy for a couple of days.
