I met with Bruce Hudson from Ultimate Specimen in October last year as he was looking for an investor, he had a promising business plan but needed some extra capital to do it. I invested R60 000 in his business as he promised that I won't regret it. The contract that was established indicated a 3 -5 month ROI but close to end of March 2013, I started contacting him regarding the payout date, that's when the excuses started. At first he said that he will pay me out the end of that month, the end of that month came and gone without any word. I started phoning him again, he didn't answer my calls, eventually I got an sms from him saying he was a victim of. Needless to say, I am the investor here, I should have been informed at the time it happened but only found out about it after I had phoned him and smssed him a number of times. I insisted that he answer my phone call but he refused, texting me saying he had a 2 million rand investor so when he has it, he will pay me out. I still kept on trying to phone him and insisting he answers my call but he didn't using an excuse that he is with his wife at the hospital, once excuse after another. Still no phone call since then.
