It's On Sale!!! On no! We don't sell that!

What the??? I receive an email from game advertising something I really want April 5th, 2013. So I ask and ask and ask and ask where I can find the stock but nothing. No one can tell me even when they stocked this product or if it's been sold out. It's now April 17th and still nothing...!

I keep getting told that the stores will contact me, but I never get calls. When I do get calls the people that call me are not very intelligent and will always say they will call the head office and find out and then I never hear anything again.

I expected Rina to deal with this matter personally and not pass the buck to everyone.

Now I suggest someone call me on my mobile, from head office so that I can get a final and acceptable answer once and for all.

Stop mucking me about!
