Old Checkers in Dbn North - An embarrassment

My second complaint abt this specific store. What a joke. All the staff there have no personality, no clue on customer service, are rude, and clearly HATE their job. Yesterday (Monday 15 April), i went to buy a box of smokes, Peter Blue which is probably one of the most popular cigarettes, non on the shelf (in stock but not on the shelf), i then opted for Dunhill lights - same story. Kent - Surprise, same story. The little indian girl whos uniform is maybe 4 sizes too big, then, very slowly asked someone to go get from upstairs and started naming all the smokes that werent on the shelf (while i waited) Surely it is not procedure to wait til there is NOTHING before you collect stock. I was told it would be quick, i waited 8 minutes. When i asked why they werent brought down when they finished, she shrugged her shoulders. Well that was 8 minutes of my life i will never get back AND i eventually left with out any cigarettes because i too have a job.

This is really just the cherry on top. All the staff have been there for ages but i cant understand why. They are incapable of communicating with their customers. Always a let down going there!
