Keep Getting SMS to Pay Account But have Paid!!!

I Keep getting Calls and smses say please pay your outstanding account which is NOT OUTSTANDING!!! i paid R900 on Sunday and now they tell me i am in arrears still they wanted me to pay for May what the heck??? R you guys so short of money please back off!!! harass the people who DONT ACTUALY PAY THEIR ACCOUNTS AT ALL!!! I have paid on the 4th March and on the 14th April how much more do you guys want??? and no one has even bothered to call from the last report i wrote so why even bother!!!
