6 Months no delivery!

After 6 months after order still no delivery.
Owner seems baffled that I still haven't received order and keeps promising it will be delivered within next 12 hours, still no delivery. He has now stopped replying to my messages.
I keep phoning every 2-3 days, still no response.
Seems as though they don't really care that nobody is getting their stuff and keeps fobbing me off.
I have demanded a full refund and will be reporting to the Consumer Protection act!
