I bought goods cash last week from the store Manager (David (and Redman. They were delivered on Thursday in my absence and were just dumped there and not assembled as agreed and noted by David. I employed someone to do that and the goods are damaged. Lack of quality checks from Bradlows is distasteful. I went to the store today to report this... and unbelievable disgusting attitude and no service from both Carol and Wareda despite even Redman being on the backs. I eventually left the store as i had to return to work. I tried to call the regional manager and left him a message. I called David (who was not in) and he was to call the store. 15 minutes later i heard from no one and left to work. I am utterly disgusted the way they treat their customers, cash customers even. Where od they think their salaries come from?

I need this rectified as in yesterday and be compensated for such an inconvenience. Their rudeness and poor customer ralations is just beyond words. They cannot act goldy with my money. If this is not sorted out today, my money better be in my bank account by the time i open my eyes tomorrow
