Unfortunately you can only select one option under nature of complaint.
I've used this service a couple of times and I don't know why I still do, I promised myself this is absolutely the last time. I have not had an order to date where there wasn't a problem. Most of the time at least 10 items don't arrived. They never bring shopping bags when you select the button to include in order. My frozen groceries where room temperature the last time! Time before that they didn't deliver any of my cold and frozen products but it was on the bill. This week I've tried to order my groceries TWICE with no success. They phone you after the delivery time to tell you there was a problem. They insist that the fault is with the bank. I contact the bank the fault is not there. Now I've lost my delivery slot for the second time, there's no assistance to help you to rectify the mistake and still get you order. You have to start all over again. It would have been acceptable if it only happened once and you are notified and able to fix the problem if you were to blame. I have tried their customer care service. I've complained about this all before and they do absolutely NOTHING. There's no improvement.
