I must commend @home on their excellent service.

I sent a email early morning to head office stating my problem with a faulty product. It was a few minutes after 9:00 and my phone rang with the friendly Tracy on the other side. She asked me what my problem was and then asked me where the closest branch to me was. I told her Midrand. She said that I should just go to the Branch explain my problem and they will do a swap out.

As I walked into the Midrand branch my phone rang and it was the Midrand manager asking me when I'm coming to exchange my product. The whole procedure took 5min.

I've never been this impressed with service in SA...
