I also have experienced no stock of IT1 - we live in Cape Town and I drive from suburb to suburb looking for it. We went on holiday to Durban for two weeks. I took with what I could but needed to buy there, and could not find stock anywhere. I was stressing because it is only formula that keeps me from sleepless nights! I called the number on tin and was pleasantly surprised at their helpfulness. The local area rep contacted me immediately, and she arranged to deliver a tin of formula to me. She also explained why there is a shortage of that particular variant, which made total sense, and told me what formula I should try next. I was very impressed with them. But still disappointed about the lack of stock. It's a good product and is more and more in demand. Adjust your supply so you can meet that demand!
