In times when a customer can never be assured of good service or friendly help, I was pleasantly surprised by Jerome from the CNA, Kroonstad. He was friendly and helpful, offering to show new products and explaining how the Cash Back card worked. Kudos to him and his branch manager on excellent training and customer service!
