We are from Gauteng and had to service our vehicle while on holiday in the Western Cape. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly reception and efficient service received by Tania. She kept us up to date with the progress of the service with regular sms messages during the course of the day and ensured that everything on my "to look at" list was addressed. I had a comment next to every item. She was very meticulous and her attention to detail impeccable. It was refreshing to have such a friendly, polite and very well organised person rendering an excellent service to a customer. Outstanding level of customer service!!!
