LG Fridge... Second fridge still broken

Good day,

I bought LG fridge at Game in January. And the doors werent closing properly. And i reported the defect to Game and they agreed to send a LG technician who came to inspect the fidge and confirmed it had factory fault. The fidge was uplifted and replaced end of April. And now the new fridge also doesnt close properly at the top. This is really frustrating as i really tusted the LG brand and have been loyal to it only purchasing LG appliances instead of Samsung and the rest. I really do not know what to do anymore. This is disappointing.
