CNA Piet Retief not efficient or effective

I do not have one isolated incident but many. I cant choose one complaint because there are more than one. CNA Piet Retief is terrible. Their service is very slow and if they do not have advertised products the manager tells you that they will contact you when the stock is in the shop the manager never does. I dont know if its the point of sale or the cashier but something has to be done to make transactions faster. Sometimes there is no cashier at the desk and you have to go and look for one when you complain to management you are just left more frustrated because I dont think management have had proper training on customer complaints and service. They dont chat to you or even apologise nothing. Every single time I go to CNA I leave thinking that I never ever want to go to CNA again. The only reason why I land up going to CNA is because they are the only stationery shop in town. Please CNA do something kick this team up their arses, send them on training or do something. Their service is terrible.
