Service what is that???

Arriving at the Wimpy at the Engen Garage in Piet Retief late in the afternoon, We go to a table where I can keep an eye on my parked car outside. The Waitress follows us to the table and gives us menu's. I say that I would like a cappuccino and my friend orders a tea. The drinks are brought to us and that is the last service we get. In the end i get up and walk to the till and say that I would like to pay even if they don't want to serve me. The manager walks up and tells the cashier what table we were sitting at but not even with an apology to us. Shocking! Should we have wanted anything else then they would have lost out as we continued up the road to Eat at Spur!! If the management close their eyes then how many other customers are they losing??
