Great customer service consistently!!!

I requested copies of lost till slips from Mr Price a few months ago and I must just compliment them on the great service. I sent a request on their website and within an hour I received a response attending to my query. A few emails was exchanged and everytime Kavendran Naidoo replied within minutes. My query was resolved within two hours.

I've just had great experiences at all of their shop including, Mr Price Sport and Home.

I've also had queries or requests at other companies and it sometimes takes days to get a response, but within an hour is absolutely brilliant.

Just because of the customer service I will remain a loyal customer of yours.
