BAD SERVICE!!!

I applied for an account to buy a bed - an essential that everyone NEEDS.
It has been 4 days since the applciation - no one bothers to phone you and let you know the progress, i have had to phone every time with the response the system is off line or some lame excuse as to why the application has not been done.
On even date hereof I phoned once again - only to be advised they need my bank statements!!! this was all given to the consultant who helped me (Lefentse) and when I phoned her to ask what is going on she told me to speak to her manager. I advised that should i not get feedback by today I will go to another place to buy a bed - "then go" is the response that I receive???
Pathetic!
