Game (Windhoek) - Worst store in the country

I wanted to purchase the pink and purple Sunny Slide (item no 589452) and pink Keter Magic Playhouse (item no 537347) months ago. I was firstly informed that the playhouse was in stock, but upon requesting the assistant to fetch it (it was apparantly kept in back), I was informed that all five were being kept for another customer. I was then informed that no one knew (confirmed by the Manager) when more stock would be arriving, IF the actual items would be sent to Windhoek at all, as the store "only received whatever was sent". An e-mail enquiry was sent to the Floor Manager (Jacob Liwanyeka) and to one Devan Kanni on 23 March 2013 (to which I was copied) to enquire about these items. To date no reply was received. When I visited the store again over the week-end, Jacob was less than happy to assist me with my further enquiry. He told me to "come to Game again on Monday". I reminded him that he has my telephone number and e-mail address, he said he would contact me on Monday. Today is Wednesday, and lo and behold, still no feedback from the store.
