Alterations of a suite have never been done

The suite was lay-by-ed on 16/03/2013 and the measurements were taken for alterations and promises were made that this will be attended to asap. On the 30/03/13 the final payment was made and still there were no alterations. Until date there hasn't been any delivery and this suite was bought for a special occasion on 5/04/13. John Craig has never bothered to contact the customer about this problem as per promise. This is so disappointing.
