I bought an iron and other things cash but my iron did not work and their call centre would sound like they are irritated when I raised my concern but after all. They managed to tell me that I can send it back so it can be replaced as It was still new without being used because I HAVE TRIED BY ALL MEANS BUT IT COULD NOT.I am still waiting for them to tell me when to deliver the new one but nobody phoned meaning that I have to phone and phone again and it is a month now. Service is so pathetic sheim and they do not care about their customers at all.
