Sort out your systems

First of all. DO NOT buy the Stylus Multimedia Player. It is one of the worst pieces of hardware I've ever seen. You can barely make out the icons or text on screen no matter how you set the resolution. It is an affront to Android.

Yesterday I bought one online. This morning I got it and it was terrible so I packed it right back up. Since it had a till slip from an actual store I took it back to a store. The people who helped me there were great. None of this is their fault. No one had shown them how to handle online returns. They called head office. One said you can't do it. The other said you can.

I stood in that store for almost 2 hours. Eventually someone told them how to sort it out.

If you are going to have an online component of a brick and mortar store then there must be returns to the store. If you plan to implement such a system then train the staff how to handle it. Do not make me stand there for 2 hours while you people figure out how to deal with it.

As I see it. I should have been refunded immediately and then you should have sorted it out after.

I'm sorry Hifi Corp. Not good enough.
