Worst company

About three years ago i purchased a wall unit, when it arrived at my house it came in pieces. and some of the pieces where missing. i then contacted them and returned it hoping i would recieve a new one. months went by and then found out the item was discontinued. discussions went back and forth for years to get my money back or an exchange for something else. last year a lady named sylvia gave me a voucher to the value of the unit. i told her i have moved to fourways and would like to purchase it here. against my wishes she put only for her branch and with an an expirey date. 30days to make use of it. i work 6 days a week. i then sent my son in law and they argued that only i can go in. making life even more difficult. so it expired of course. then when i phoned customer care. they logged my complaint. and no one ever gets back to me. i keep calling and calling. now their is a new manager who knows nothing about my situation- very convenient! and says they need to invistage whether this is true or not. and weeks go by and nothing. i hate furniture city with a passion. their whole franchise is a failure. worst company ever!!!
