I have sent various emails to your offices dated the 28 March, 2 April and 8 April and received no reply.

RE: 337339/5677238 Cancellations, returns and refunds | Refunds CRM:02311025

Firstly I'm Erhard Frick (5677238), not Marelize Jacobs (337339). We work at the same office and both of us ordered the same book.

We only realized after the book was delivered that we ordered the wrong book and requested you to pick up these books at our offices and refund us the money originally paid for the books.

You only picked up MY (Erhard Frick: 5677238) book and her (Marelize Jacobs: 337339) book is still at the office waiting to be picked up.

Somehow you got confused and wrongly credited her (Marelize Jacobs: 337339) account and not mine, in effect the refund should've been refunded to MY account - 5677238.

Please help to get this problem solved.
