Waiting 12 days for a 5 day job... Still waiting

Hi There,

I bought the groupon voucher and redeemed it on the 27 March 2013, Its now the 8 April 2013 and I still have not received my book. I called today and spoke to a lady to find out what is happening with my book and she told me that It still has not been done... This is ridiculous as I paid for everything as well as the delivery fee.
DISGUSTING service. All i want is my book that I paid for and I will never do business through Q Photos again and I will warn others about this too.
