WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!

I went to Krugersdorp President Hyper PQ clothing yesterday and bought a pair of boots, just to come home and find that the sizes where incorrect! ( You would think they would bring it to you in order) BUT NO!!! So i went to Princess Crossing as this is closer to me, but found that the service there is worse than in Krugersdorp. I spoke to the "manager" Christine who told me i need to take the shoes back to Krugersdorp... I am the client you have to sort out the problem!!! (What if i bought this in Cape Town) Now this incident has caused me to take a day off at work and drive my petrol out to sort out YOUR problem... I will never set foot in this store again!!! BAD BAD Service...
