Another sasko complaint

You people keep disappointing me all the time, this is yet another Sasko bread complaint from me. Bought two loaves yesterday evening at Kwamasangwana Supermarket. Half way the slices start to crumble, as if not cooked well. You take a slice and it turns into small crumbs immediately.

Please confirm that there was a mistake on Batch number: BTO B6 S3 293 16:20.

This is not on, if there was an error during the baking process, why send it out to people for ingestion? Its so not on.
