More bad service

I just wanted to let you know that I went to Jet Mart on Saturday and again I was met with painful realisation that Miss/Mrs. Rebecca is only a cashier and the amazing manager Justice was of no assistance to me. I have yet to be assisted by Jet Mart Dobsonville and I will take this up on a higher level being television - I would like to expose this store for its lack of customer service. I feel really bad for all those other people who cannot lodge complaints against this store because of lack of knowledge and their rights as consumers. I am so appalled at the treatment there.
