Save Hyper
Worms in my Almonds!!

On Good Friday my husband and I went to Save Hyper to browse and ended up spending over R300 on odds and ends, . one of the odds and ends we bought was a 1kg packet of almonds priced @ R95 per kg. once we had got home I shared these almonds with my daughter in law by putting them into a tupperware. One week later while I'm taking a handful of almonds I discover white little worms crawling around in the tupperware.
I phoned Save Hyper to inform them only to be told I need the packaging and till slip if I want the nuts replaced!! Our garbage gets collected on a Monday and even though it was a public holiday the garbage was collected along with my tillslip and packet that the nuts were in. Now my complaint is that Save Hyper are not interested in replacing the nuts or giving me a refund until I can produce the packaging and till slip. I still have the nuts in a tupperware crawling with worms but they are not prepared to even look at them. I get the feeling they think I want a freebie which is not the case. Please help!!
