Non-stop appalling experience over 1, 5 years

I purchased a leather corner unit and day bed beginning 2012. Took approx 8 mnths and 5 incorrect attempts to get correct colour in matching leather. However within 4 mnths the couch started sagging in front and stitching pulled loose upon which I requested repairs under warrantee. Took another 3 mnths to get response from Coricraft (It's worth noting that after spending countless hours on the phone and various emails to Coricraft no one bothered to come back to me on my repair request). Eventually I got hold of top management who arranged collection. Now I'm faced with a new challenge... I can't get my couch back!!! Coricraft confirmed on three separate occasions to deliver the repaired couch but fail to pitch up every time. I've again tried to contact their warehouse, management etc but simply can't get any joy. Switchboard staff (when answering their phones) are unhelpful and unprofessional and on many occasions just drop you from holding the line. Not to mention that Coricraft claims to be open till 5pm but can't find anyone around to help after 4.40pm. This is UTMOST UNSATISFACTORY! I haven't dealt with such a Mickey Mouse setup in many years and certainly won't again!
