Worst retail company Ever!

Last year I took clothes with YDE for 800 and agreed to pay monthly, regardless of my arrears I managed to settle my account...

These people are forever calling to want their money when they cannot even give you account details for me to pay manually like other companies do, when I arrange debit order, they do not debit, they forever having errors and I have to pay for it, they finally managed to settle my account without my acknowledgement, that is besides the point, I called them to clear my name, they told me the next day it will be, finding that they didn't't, I called again and they told me next month, Fine... I called them a month later for the to clear my name, guess what?? I am in arrears of 4Rand now... mind you, I| was never informed and the same people who say I owe, went in my bank account to take all that I owe them and they tell me its interest, what interest when I owe nothing, and PLEASE, they possibly cannot blacklist me for 4rand.

I want to cancel this account... Very unprofessional and no company beats this one with having no clue!!!
