2 bed that is infected with bed bugs

We'll this is the 2nd time this is happing that bed bugs are coming through the air vents of my bed, I called lewis stores saturday monday to let them know but was told that I'll get a call back from the manager... did not receive a call.. My mom then called tuesday and one of the staff members had told her that I jus put the phone down..can't believe people lie..they then told my mom that they will collect the bed when they csn which is un accebtable... they don't care that I have a 2 year old child and we have been sleeping on the floor I have received no compensation and I think I need to take this furthe
