I went to the store to query about my account but i could not be helped becouse the cashier was clueless about what i was asking so i asked her to call the accounts department for me but she needed the manager's permission and i had to wait for 30 minute for assisstant manger so i eventually left without getting any help i waisted 45 minutes of my precious time for no service at all
