Staff should know the products!

I was at the Body Shop in Sandton City yesterday and bought a bottle of rainforest coconut hair oil. I had not used it before, and there are no instructions on the bottle, so I asked the sales assistant how to use it. She disappeared into the back, came back and told me to apply it after washing and leave it in as a condition.

This morning, I did exactly that - and ended up with the oiliest hair I've ever had. I had to google it to discover that it is an overnight treatment or pre-wash treatment but has to be washed out either way. I had to rewash, which made me late for work.

My hair does feel great after washing the second time, so I think it's a good product, but your staff's lack of knowledge badly inconvenienced me today. Please arrange for training for your staff so this does not happen again.
