I have made a payment on 27/03/2013, however these consultants keep on asking the same question dont they have a database or system whereby they make note for the next consultant to know exactly what is happening on your order! Its is like they demanding you to give them information because they cant find the necessary info to resolve the query! Tough luck not my problem
