No complaints department

After receiving terrible service at Totalsports in Centurion mall I decided to complain to The Foschini Group. Contacted the Client Services Department and going through the whole menu options I realise that this is only for account purposes. When I eventually got through to an agent I requested information on how to lodge a complaint. After being bombarded with questions like why, who about, etc and being already irate I enquired again whether I can get an email or number where I can complain to, the response was that I must not get agitated with her.By then I was completely at a loss as it is realised the Foschini group only cares bout accounts being paid in time, their agents untrained in dealing with complaints or clients that are obviously upset and That we are bing treated as a number. I have been an account holder for almost 30 years.
