Laissez faire attitude towards their customers

Good day. Seems The Glen Mall cannot be bothered to respond to complaints. i made a compliant on 20130316 and the management of the mall have have not bothered to come back to me. Guess they are too arrogant or dont value customers or just have a laissez faire attitude towards their work.
