Pathetic quality service departments

Visited this store tonight to purchase groceries for easter only because i needed to visit the dischem. After all shopping was done i needed to buy bread. The buns was really pathetic it looked like something a 5 year old will bake. I asked the bakery staff if they would buy i couldnt find one staff member that would! customers waiting to be helped laughed at the pethetick rolls that looked like at was shredded before placed in the proofer, what rubbish. I would've been embarsed to give it away let alone to try and sell it to the public! Rather close your service departments and stick to selling canned goods. It cost me a trip to the local Spar where i generally shop as checkers lost the plot long time ago when it comes to service departments...
Go on a look and learn to see how this is don at spar! You try and beef up service departments using chef ramsay to sell your butchery products? Go and visit spar you will what a butchery and bakery looks like better yet go and buy it from them and just sell it you will have a better customer satisfaction! I complained to the front end supervisor as the manager werent there and guess what other customers complained about cheese buns...
