[URL Removed] newsletter cancellation does not work

It's the fourth time now that I've logged into [URL Removed] to deactevate or cancel the newsletter I receive from them via email... but still I keep on getting the newsletters... I know I saved the changes and made sure that every field that had to do with a newsletter was kept unchecked. I like [URL Removed] but it seems that once you've signed up for the newsletters and specials notifications there is no way of cancelling them.
