I accessed the website of [URL Removed] about three weeks ago to order a pair of boots in the colour Cranberry in a no8. There was no stock available and I sent an e-mail to ask them to let me know when their winter stock arrives as there was almost no sizes available in any boot. I received NO response. Last Friday, I again accessed the site and a cranberry was available in a UK8! I immediately placed my order and my creditcard was charged. On Tuesday, I am informed that they are out of stock and can choose another colour! I was upset and voiced my disappointment. I was credited yesterday without so much as a call or an apology. They seem to operate on the basis of "pay - if we do not have stock, choose something else'.I complained to the UK and was told to contact their (sole?)distributor in Durban as they could not take an order for SA. To make matters worse, they also only have three colour options, brown, black and graphite. The arrival of the brand was with huge fanfare and now South Africans have to deal with a few colour options and no stock. This type of service is frustrating and is a waste of time. Checked earlier-Cranberry 8 is still offered on [URL Removed]
