Pathetic to say the least

I could literally take all complaints on this website & compile them into one long complaint. If I cared about this business I would make an effort to complain.
They have certainly lost my business and after posting this around the country on social networks, they are bound to lose a few more customers.
I pity the poor employees that have to work for them. I certainly would not work for a company that I have to spend the day lying & talking alot of bull just to cover my backside
