Ad service for new custome

This is how Edgars treats their new customers, you get blocked leaving the store by security because their staff forgot to take off the tag, and get stared at by all the other customers, today i go an ask for my free 7 day trial of Clinique i get told sorry you cant get it because the lady is on lunch, then when i go to the till to pay for my other items i get told my account is blocked, with no explanation.

All this and i havent even had my account for a week!!! Is this the service Edgars offers their clients??
