Deceptive staff members and inattentive

HelloPeter. Please convey my message: Yesterday I bought a boerewors at spa. I requested a meat scanner r to weigh R30 wors instead he weighed R40.I paid with a R50, and released at the till that the weighed the amount I did not ask for. I told my teller Lebogang S about my matter and she said irritably it is none of her problem and there is nothing to be done about it.i asked for a manager, and she referred me to Martha who disregarded me, walked up and down the shop without even acknowledging my presence. I went to Martha again to ask if something will be done about it. She told me it is not her problem I must just go. Only to find out that Lebogang referred me to Martha to get rid of me, and Martha pretended to be the manager of the store in fact she is not. I had to put my life at risk by walking to a dodgy taxi rank to to get my taxi because Martha and Lebogang refused to assist me with the problem caused by the Spa meat scanner. I deserve better respect and treatment after being a loyal patron of spa. My eater moment of grocery is now ruined. I deserve an apology and a voucher for compensation of such deceptive and disregarding staff member. (slip no: c0020 #0224-S10469 R010)
