Bad attitude towards custome

First time when I visited a store one of the cashier rob me with change unfortunately, I was aware before I leave a count and She didn't give me a receipt & I insist on it, there was four customer after me & she said I must wait for the slip, I waited till I called I Store Manager by the name of Martha. Martha help me to get my order right and get a right change with a receipt. And I did nothing about it. Secondly I always go for my medication then I thought let me buy as usual, then another Cashier every time when I approach a Till She calls me with that medication name, then I said to myself enough is enough I need to confront a Manager/Owner. When I get to the store asking for a Manager came out Martha telling me she's a Pharmacy Manager, and I stated my query then the Lady Owner as it seems overhear-ed the conversation the She came and say "What is the problem here? "Harshly and rude, without greeting. Then tell me how can someone as a Service provider treat customer like "" thats the same reason why whole Team/Staff are mistreating Customer because the Owner themselves careless for the only person making the Business run & paying their salary, I need an apology from them
