Late yesterday afternoon (just before 19h00), I had the pleasure of having Sibongiseni Kolo as my cashier. Albeit the very end of the day she was so pleasant (the customer before me in the queue would also agree). She went far beyond the "call of duty". Most cashiers usually pay you no attention and can't wait to get rid of you (especially at that time of day). Sibongiseni also packed my groceries PERFECTLY! Just goes to show, its not about what you do, but about how you do it!
