Pick 'n Pay
I am appalled by the service!!!

Yesterday (27/03/2013) I went with a colleague of mine to buy lunch at Pick n Pay Louis Botha. We then wanted to buy 2 quarter chickens (cooked) and they refused for us to choose the leg portions because we are simply not allowed to have a preference but buy what is already cut.
In this case they had 1 portion (which was the wing and side breast left from another chicken) and had about 6 whole ready chickens but refused to cut us the parts that we preferred.
This is not the first time this has happenned but apparantly it's their policy, I have tried to avoid going there because I simply don't prefer a wing and a side breast as a cusotmer but according to them they dont care.
The lady was shouting at the top of her voice that he wont bend the rules for us and eventually we asked her to call her manager who also confirmed the same policy.

We had to either buy something else or just dont buy. I am appalled by this kind of service, it's actually horrific and I have been wondering if this policy applied to everyone of just a few customers. What does customer service mean for Pick n Pay - Louis Botha if they know about it at all.
The other time I found a dead fly in my chicken.
