Spoilt chicken

I purchased chicken from the pick n pay in epson downs in November 2012 and realised at a later stage that the chicken was purchases after the expiry date was passed and it has been still for sale. i complained and the manager replaced all the chickens on 24/12/2012 and i advised him that all the chicken was set to expire on the 24/12/2012 and 26/12/2012 and asked him how was i suppose to eat 5 chickens in 2 days. 2 days later i complained that the chicken was once again spoilt and this was ridiculas and he promised to call me back by the end of business and that was 3 months ago, what kind of a manager treats a customer that way, i dont even have the reciept of my original purchase anymore but i still have all the spoilt chicken at home.

i need this to be resolved immediatly
