No After Sale Service

I am really shocked by the quality of the service I have received for Sexy Revolution. I sent an email regarding a return of a product and of a faulty one on the 2013-03-04 and I got a delivery report to say that both Jacques and Charlene had opened it. After getting no response I called and spoke to Ashley as no one else was in the office and forward her the email again on the 2013-03-18 and still no one got back to me. On Friday I called in and spoke to Jacques and he said he would get back to me within an hour and I am still waiting. Its shocking that there is no after sale service and we spend a lot of money with you and I expect is someone to get back to me.
